We are an authorized UCITS management company and an authorized alternative investment fund manager.

Our story

We are proud of our heritage as part of GRIT Governance group. It has nurtured us over the years and shaped our identity.

Since more than a decade we have supported our sister company Estlander & Partners Ltd and other co-operation partners in the development and administration of fund solutions. During our journey we have had the benefit of following the global trends within the fund industry and gaining valuable experience of fund management and fund structures in an international context. We have always stayed true to our core values, persistently worked for our long-term goals and continued to develop the company as an independent service provider.

Part of our work to expand the business of the company is strengthening our identity on the market, which we have chosen to do under our own brand. As of December 2018 we serve our clients under the name GRIT Fund Management Company.
