The board of GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd has decided to amend the fund rules of Estlander & Partners Alpha Trend 3x GRIT AIF and Estlander & Partners Freedom GRIT AIF.

The amendment of the funds rules concerns only the names of the funds. The new names of the funds are:

• Alpha Trend 3x GRIT AIF
• Freedom GRIT AIF

The reason for the change is that Estlander & Partners Ltd no longer acts as distributor of the funds. All future subscription and redemption orders of the funds are handled solely by GRIT Fund Management Company.

The changes do not require any action from unitholders. The amended fund rules and the new fund names will come into effect on 1 June 2025.
